1 METHOD OF PAYMENT

(a) Strictly payment with order.

(b)  Shopping Cart payments using PayPal's secure servers.  Customers can pay using either credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers or by having a PayPal account.  Please note you DO NOT have to open a PayPal account in order to shop online with us.  Paypal is our payment processor and will accept payments via credit/debit card.  Overseas orders currently cannot be processed using this online method due to postage and packing is at cost.  Please refer to 3 (Carriage) for further details.  Should any items that you order be out of stock we will advise you of the expected delivery date.

(c)  Cheques or postal orders should me made payable to D G DAVIES (hereinafter called The Company).  Cheques to clear before goods are sent.

(d)  Payments by CREDIT & DEBIT CARD. The Company accepts orders by phone using  MASTERCARD, VISA and VISA DEBIT.   The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for the security of credit card numbers, should an order be sent through e-mail.

(e)  Payment through a PAYPAL ACCOUNT.   If you wish to make payment through PayPal please advise us of your email address to which we will render an invoice.

(f)  Customer Protection. The Company will not credit cheques to its account, should NONE of the goods ordered be in stock at the time of order. Cheques will only be paid into The Company’s account providing part or whole of the order is in stock at the time of receipt of order.   If you pay by credit card your card account will only be charged with the sum due for those goods which are despatched on that day.

(g) For overseas customers paying by credit card.  Your card will be debited in £ sterling and will be converted into your home currency by your credit card supplier.  You will be advised of postage charges before goods are despatched. 

 

2 PRICES

The Company reserve the right to alter prices as and when necessary, subject to increases by suppliers and manufacturer.

 

3 CARRIAGE

Postage & Packing is extra on each order.

For delivery within Great Britain and Northern Ireland  please add £4.90 which will cover postage, packing & insurance. 

For OVERSEAS ORDERS (including the Republic of Ireland) Postage & Packing is AT COST.   Please use our postage and packing quotation service for an estimate.

 

4 DESPATCH OF GOODS

The Company aims to dispatch all orders within seven days of receipt. Orders will be despatched in order of receipt. The customer will be advised if any of the models ordered are out of stock, and will be given an estimated delivery date.

 

5 CANCELLATION

Under the Consumer Rights Directive ('CRD') if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered. You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available your phone number and e-mail address.By e-mail :- dgdavies@sikudirect.com or call 01746-763814.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at YOUR COST within 14 days of such a cancellation and we will reimburse to you ( by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which the cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the standard and least expensive method of delivery). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. It is essential to please obtain a ' proof of postage'; when returning any items. We will make the reimbursement not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

 

6 DISCONTINUED MODELS

All discontinued models are mint and boxed and are offered subject to being unsold.  Customers are advised to check as to availability before ordering.

 

7 PRODUCT AMENDMENT 

Please note the right is reserved by Siku to amend and improve their products and to alter colours without prior notice.

 

8 ENQUIRES

The Company aims to respond to e-mail enquires within 1 working day.

 

9 THIRD PARTY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
